Sessions are 45 minutes and conducted virtually by phone or video. Each one is tailored to you, focusing on strategy, mindset, skills, or decision-making (often all four) so you leave with clarity and concrete next steps.

There’s no fixed number. Some clients benefit from a handful of sessions; others engage over several months. We take things one session at a time and reassess as we go.
